摘要

本研究聚焦於澳英美三方安全夥伴 (AUKUS) 成立後對印太地區情勢影響之研究，研究方法採取文獻探討法。本文聚焦於澳英美三方安全夥伴與印太區域戰略之關聯性；並進行澳英美三方安全夥伴對印太地區情勢影響之評估，當中提出九點可能之影響：一、引發美、中核潛艦戰力的軍備競賽；二、對中共產生相當程度之軍事嚇阻力；三、衝擊國際法上之相關限核條約；四、可能會引發核武擴散；五、對海洋生態造成潛在性之巨大危害；六、美國仍持續維持全球霸主地位；七、促發歐盟提出印太戰略報告；八、澳英美三方安全夥伴對維護臺海安全具重大指標意義；九、更加強化臺灣與美國、英國、澳洲之軍事同盟合作關係。本研究希冀促進臺灣與理念相近國家的共同合作，共同守護自由、開放和蓬勃的印太地區。

ABSTRACT

This study focuses on the impacts of the establishment of the Australia-United Kingdom-United States Security Partnership (AUKUS) on the situations in the Indo-Pacific region. The research method has adopted the literature reviewing way. The authors have explained the strategic relevance and relationship between Australia-United Kingdom-United States Security Partnership (AUKUS) and the Indo-Pacific region, and assessed the impacts of the Australia-United Kingdom-United States Security Partnership (AUKUS) on the situations in the Indo-Pacific region. This article has proposed nine possible impacts: 1. to Trigger nuclear weapons by the United States and China on arms race for submarine combat power; 2. to produce a considerable degree of military intimidation to the CCP; 3. to impact relevant nuclear-limitation treaties under international law system; 4. may trigger the proliferation of nuclear weapons; 5. to cause potential and huge harm on marine ecology; 6. to let The United States maintaining its global hegemony; 7. to prompt the EU to propose an Indo-Pacific strategic report; 8. to let the Australia-United Kingdom-United States Security Partnership (AUKUS) producing great significance in maintaining security across the Taiwan Strait; 9. to strengthen Taiwan's relationship with the United States ,United Kingdom, and Australia's military alliance cooperation. This study hopes our government to promote joint cooperation between Taiwan and countries with similar ideals to jointly safeguard a free, open, and prosperous Indo-Pacific region.
