摘要

由於我國人口大多往都會區集中,而都會區是否能順利發展與繼續成長,往往受區內交通動線規劃完善與否的影響頗巨,目前國內各都會區的主要交通動線,常與鐵路線路相互交錯,臺南都會區亦有同樣交錯的情況。基於鐵路具有專用路權,其交會處須設鐵路平交道,因而當鐵路列車經過時常造成都會區交通阻塞甚至發生重大交通事故。為求確保都會區內交通順暢,提昇都市生活機能的品質,將都會區內的鐵路地下化,是有其必要性且成為都市邁向現代化的重要指標。本研究係以臺南鐵路地下化工程連續壁為研究對象,從連續壁工法施工前置作業之地質、地下水位調查分析、施工過程及防水材料之運用等資料,從施工實務面來探討地下結構外牆滲水之原因,找出影響結構牆滲水之因素,一一克服,累積施工經驗,將施工及滲水防治工法優劣成效做歸類比較,可作為未來規劃設計及施工之參考,減少結構體滲水之施工爭議,以達成施工管理之最佳成效。

ABSTRACT

Because the living functions in urban areas are relatively complete, most of our country's population is concentrated in urban areas. Whether urban areas can develop smoothly and continue to grow is often greatly affected by whether the transportation lines in the area are well planned. At present, the urban areas in China are Major transportation lines often intersect with Taiwan's railway lines, and the same situation occurs in the Tainan metropolitan area. See Figure 1 for details. Since railways have exclusive rights of way, railway level crossings must be set up at their intersections. Therefore, when railway trains pass by, they often cause traffic jams in urban areas and even cause major traffic accidents. In order to ensure smooth traffic in the metropolitan area, improve the quality of urban life functions and balance the development of areas on both sides of the railway, undergrounding the railways in the metropolitan area is necessary and has become an important indicator of the city's modernization. As it becomes increasingly difficult to obtain land for urban development, the current building structure is bound to continue to develop upwards and downwards, and deep excavation has become a future trend, so underground continuous wall engineering is very important.
This research is to explore the impact of the continuous wall construction method on underground water flow, geological survey analysis, construction process, underground water inflow, collapse holes and other issues in the case of Tainan Railway underground open-cut cover project. During the period, engineering obstacles and difficulties were encountered, and the difficulties and obstacles were overcome one by one. , accumulated construction experience, and further summarized, organized, researched and discussed the construction experience of the continuous wall construction method of the Tainan Railway underground open-cut cover project, and then classified and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the continuous wall water seepage prevention and control method, which can be used as a guide for future planning, design and construction. It is expected to be used as a reference for subsequent similar projects to reduce construction disputes caused by water seepage in structures and achieve the best results in construction management.
