摘要

透過FLEXSIM模擬軟體來改善製造流程的方法,特別著重於如何減少生產中的浪費,提升生產效率。研究涵蓋了程序分析、作業分析、佈局改善和模擬驗證等多個階段,並著眼於改善人員移動、減少非計畫停機時間,以及提升整體生產流程的效率。

結果顯示透過改善製程步驟與佈置,可以減少人員移動距離與時間,以及降低加工機台的非計畫停機時間。透過結合程序與作業分析,並利用FLEXSIM模擬工具進行生產流程的可視化分析和改善,能夠顯著提升製造效率和減少浪費。希望後續研究可以進一步探討其他類型的生產設施和不同製造環境中,該方法的應用效果和潛在改善空間。

ABSTRACT

The method of improving manufacturing processes using FLEXSIM simulation software emphasizes significantly on minimizing waste in production and boosting production efficiency. The study encompasses various phases including process analysis, operation analysis, layout improvement, and simulation verification, with a focus on enhancing personnel movement, reducing unplanned downtime, and improving the overall efficiency of the production flow. Findings indicate that optimizing process steps and layout can effectively decrease the distance and time of personnel movement and reduce the unplanned downtime of processing equipment. Through integrating process and operation analysis, and utilizing the FLEXSIM simulation tool for visual analysis and enhancement of the production flow, it is possible to substantially improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. Future research should further examine the effectiveness and potential for improvement of this method in different types of production facilities and various manufacturing settings.
