摘要

本研究以個案公司為例,探討如何透過精實生產和系統模擬技術提升OEE,以因應市場挑戰。 透過對現場的狀況以及看板系統進行分析調查取得資料,繪製「價值溪流圖」,尋找潛在的改善契機,在分析現況的過程中,能夠發現換模時間過久以及半成品暫存區與成品暫存區的等待時間過久,因此本研究提出了運用精實手法與ECRS方法改善這些問題,並建構出現況與未來模擬模型實施改善的手法與比較分析,觀察效益並提供給個案公司做為參考。模擬結果顯示機台的換模時間大幅的減少83.3%與66.7%;而成品暫存區排隊時間80.9%,減少對客戶無益之價值流,相對提高生產投入資源對產品附加價值之利用率。

ABSTRACT

This study examines the enhancement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) within a case company, employing a combination of lean manufacturing principles and system simulation techniques to address prevailing market challenges. Through an analysis of the current operational landscape, it is identified that excessive mold changeover durations and prolonged waiting intervals between the semi-finished and finished product staging areas are impeding efficiency. Consequently, this research proposes to alleviate these issues utilizing Lean Manufacturing Techniques and the ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) methodology. A simulation model is developed to represent both the current state and the prospective implementation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques and ECRS. Through comparative analysis of these models, the efficacy of the improvement strategies is evaluated, providing insights and recommendations for the case company. Simulation outcomes demonstrate an 83.3% and 66.7% reduction in mold changeover time and an 80.9% decrease in queuing time at the finished product storage area. These enhancements signify a reduction in non-value-added activities for customers and an augmentation in the utilization of production input resources for product value addition.
