場鑄箱型樑工法應用探討

摘要

橋梁係指能提供能跨越峽谷、山谷、道路、鐵路、河流等障礙而建造的結構。為了紓解交通及運輸上的過載需求,積極投入建造國道高速公路、快速道路、鐵路、捷運等重大交通建設。在有限的空間內,創造最大的運輸能量,除了地下化,就是往空中發展的橋梁結構,因此造建橋梁並利用支線或環線來作交通脈絡間的連結。然而臺灣地處板塊交界帶地震頻繁,再加上環保生態保護意識抬頭,施工人員人力匱乏,工資跟材料價格持續的上漲,促使營建四化的推動,用以「設計標準化、構件預鑄化、施工機械化、人員專業化」來提升橋梁施工的技術與品質。本研究將從本身實際參與的橋樑新建工程「台9線南迴公路安朔至草埔段C1橋梁標(0K+000~6K+300)新建工程」中的橋梁施工,分別對「場鑄就地支撐工法」﹑「場鑄支撐先進工法」﹑「場鑄平衡懸臂工法」此三種工法進行分析說明,並以實際案例介紹工法應用之成果,提供各界參考。

ABSTRACT

A bridge is a structure that provides the ability to be built across canyons, valleys, roads, railways, rivers, and even other bodies of water or other obstacles. In order to effectively alleviate the overload demand for traffic and transportation, we have actively invested in the construction of highways, expressways, railways, MRT and other major transportation construction. In a limited space, the maximum transportation energy is created, in addition to underground, that is, the bridge structure that develops into the air, so the bridge is built and the branch or loop is used as a link between the traffic veins. However, Taiwan is located at the junction of tectonic plates, with frequent earthquakes, coupled with the rising awareness of environmental protection and ecological protection, the lack of construction personnel, and the continuous rise in wages and material prices, which promote the promotion of the four modernizations of construction, which are used to improve the technology and quality of bridge construction through design standardization, component precasting, construction mechanization, and personnel specialization. This study will analyze and explain the three construction methods of "field casting in-situ support construction method", "advanced support construction method" and "field casting balanced cantilever construction method" from the new bridge construction project "C1 bridge standard (0K+000~6K+300) new construction project of Anshuo to Caopu section of Taiwan Line 9 South Loop Highway", and introduce the results of the application of the construction method with actual cases to provide reference for all walks of life.
