應用地理資訊系統及模糊層級分析法進行水資源最佳化分配——以高雄市大樹區為例

摘要

近年來,由於全球暖化導致極端的天氣變遷,再加上人口增長以及國際物價飛速上漲,對於農業用水資源及糧食市場產生了強烈的影響。因此行政院農業委員會邀請大樹區,將其納入高雄農田水利會事業區域可行性評估計畫,以研究水資源最佳化分配。本研究以模糊層級分析法作為評估方式,並以地理資訊系統進行套疊運算,求出評分成果,藉此評量地區擴大灌溉服務之適宜性及先後順序。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, extreme weather changes caused by global warming, coupled with population growth and soaring international prices, have had a significant impact on agricultural water resources and food markets. Therefore, the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan invited Dazhu District to be included in the feasibility assessment project of the Kaohsiung City Agricultural Irrigation Association to study the optimal allocation of water resources. This study uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process as the evaluation method, and uses the geographical information system to perform overlay calculations to obtain the scoring results, and then evaluate the suitability and priority of expanding irrigation services in the region.
