危機管理下的關鍵電子零組件的採購策略與庫存安全管控：個案研究

| 摘要 新冠疫情重創全球供應鏈，供需失衡和長鞭效應加劇，使缺貨轉為大量庫存。採購策略是取消訂單和限制貨物進入，以致損害公司與供應商的信任關係。本研究旨在探討在危機管理下的關鍵電子零組件的採購策略與庫存安全管控。研究採用質性研究方法、文獻回顧和運用ERP系統的採購作業改善，提供管理報表供主管於產銷會議討論和決定採購策略，達到最適庫存水準，實現與客戶和供應商的穩定合作關係，實現三贏局面。
關鍵字：長鞭效應、危機管理、關鍵電子零組件、採購策略、質性研究。 ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has severely disrupted the global supply chain, exacerbating the imbalance between supply and demand and intensifying the bullwhip effect, resulting in shortages turning into large inventories. Procurement strategies such as canceling orders and restricting the entry of goods have damaged the trust relationship between companies and suppliers. This study aims to explore procurement strategies and inventory security control of key electronic components under crisis management. The research adopts qualitative research methods, literature reviews, and the improvement of procurement operations using ERP systems. It provides management reports for supervisors to discuss and decide on procurement strategies during production and sales meetings, aiming to achieve optimal inventory levels, realize stable cooperation with customers and suppliers, and achieve a win-win situation.
