摘要

各式裝備之零附件繁多，其中真正影響裝備妥善之關鍵零附件只在少數，如能優先掌握關鍵零附件之供需即時情況，不僅可避免備料過多導致零附件滯庫，影響預算運用效益；同時，供給端亦能時刻掌握耗用情況，避免待料。因此，本研究經相關文獻探討及領域專家研討，並結合系統動態觀點將空用關鍵零附件供需系統區分為四個次系統進行探討分析，分別為：物料管理、採購管理、維保管理及維修人力管理，進而找出空用零附件產生｢耗而未備｣或｢備而未耗｣之原因；結果顯示預算是否滿足、採購數量多寡均會嚴重影響零附件籌補情形，然本研究發現藉由調整計畫性預算滿足率、計畫性採購數，將可有效減緩空用零附件之｢耗而未備｣或｢備而未耗｣情形。

ABSTRACT

There are many spare parts for all kinds of equipment, among which there are only a few key accessories that really affect the proper equipment, if you can give priority to grasping the real-time supply and demand of key spare parts, it can not only avoid excessive material preparation resulting in zero accessories lag, affecting the efficiency of budget use. At the same time, the supply side can also grasp the consumption situation at all times to avoid waiting for materials. Therefore, this study is discussed by relevant literature and domain experts, and combined with the perspective of system dynamics, the supply and demand system of key spare parts for empty use is divided into four subsystems for discussion and analysis, They are: material management, procurement management, maintenance management and maintenance manpower management, Then find out the reasons why "Understock" or "Overstock". However, this study finds that by adjusting the planned budget satisfaction rate and planned procurement number, the situation of "Understock" or "Overstock" of empty spare parts can be effectively alleviated.
