以精實管理工具手法於螺絲工廠之改善

摘要 現今螺絲產業因為疫情的因素,全球供應鏈受到劇烈的影響,等待出貨的螺絲產品因為貨櫃嚴重缺乏而堆滿整個倉庫,而又受到匯率、運費、材料、 針具、熱處理與電鍍費用提高等影響,也嚴重侵蝕螺絲廠商的毛利率。鑑於外部經營環境的嚴峻,希望轉朝內部運作這方向來努力改善,以期能藉由強化公司內部營運與生產製造效率以提升競爭力。本專題將利用5S精實手法、導入精實管理七大浪費消除方法與品管圈活動來進行專案改善,為專題公司創造出更多的利益。 關鍵字:螺絲、全球供應鏈、5S、七大浪費、品管圈。 ABSTRACT Affected by the current epidemic, the supply chain of the global screw industry has been seriously affected. Due to the serious shortage of containers, the screw products waiting to be shipped have filled the entire warehouse. The impact of exchange rate rises, freight costs, materials, needles, heat treatment and electroplating costs has also seriously eroded the gross profit margin of screw manufacturers. In view of the severe external operating environment, it is hoped to turn to the direction of internal operation and strive to improve the company's competitiveness by strengthening the company's internal operation and production efficiency. This subject will use the 5S lean method to introduce the seven waste elimination methods of lean management, as well as the quality control circle activities, so as to improve the project for the subject company and create more benefits.
