建置半導體測試廠零配件管理系統之研究-以A公司為例

摘要 半導體測試廠中所使用的零配件數量繁多,產生調機 (SETUP) 產品次數頻繁現象,造成前置時間增長,因此建立一套半導體測試廠配件管理系統是相當重要的,可以藉由資訊化以有效改善生產效益。本研究以A公司的傳統配件管理方式做為改善方案,採用故障樹分析 (Fault tree analysis,FTA) 檢測問題、分析及找到需要解決問題後,建置E化配件管理系統,並且加入條碼化以及卡控機制。研究結果發現,此方法能快速的找到問題的主要原因,藉由分析結果找出最佳解決方式。A公司在導入配件管理系統後,方能有效的解決因傳統作業方式造成借錯配件的異常,避免問題再發。
關鍵字:故障樹、儲位編碼、條碼。 ABSTRACT Frequent machine setup and increased lead times due to borrowing errors of accessories and spare parts used in semiconductor test factories. Therefore, it's an important thing to establish a semiconductor test factory accessories management system, can be achieved through informatization and Effectively improve production efficiency. This research takes the traditional spare parts management method of the A company as an improvement plan, uses Fault tree analysis (FTA) to detect problems, analyze and find the problems that need to be solved, build an accessories management system, and add barcode and computer checkpoint control mechanism. It can be known from the research results that this improved method can quickly find the main cause of the problem and establish the best solution through the analysis results. After Company A introduced the parts management system, it effectively reduced the phenomenon of borrowing wrong parts caused by the traditional method, and also reduced the time for dealing with abnormal problems.
