本研究旨在探討品質認證制度是否可作為工程品質保證，若僅為了工程查核或用以取得相關品質認證為目的，工程檢驗機制是否會僅流於形式。以及經由執行品質認證之過程及成果，是否可為申請單位帶來相關附加價值，研究議題以問卷調查方式進行，並以統計分析軟體SPSS進行資料分析。

結果顯示執行品質認證制度，與工程品質提升呈正相關關係，並可達到建物資訊透明化目的，另具有提升企業文化、品牌形象，及增加消費者信心與意願等附加價值。

    The purpose of this study is to explore whether the quality certification system can be used as engineering quality assurance and whether the engineering inspection mechanism will only be a mere formality if it is only for engineering inspection or to obtain relevant quality certification. Moreover, whether the process and results of the quality certification can bring relevant values to the applicant, the research topics are carried out in questionnaires, and the statistical analysis software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) is used for data analysis.

    The results show that the implementation of the quality certification system has a positive correlation with the improvement of project quality, and can achieve the purpose of building information transparency, and also has added value such as enhancing corporate culture, brand image, and increasing consumer confidence and willingness.
