摘要

隨著少子化及電子產品蓬勃發展,導致現今文具製造業競爭激烈,面臨中國、香港、南韓和東南亞國家的競爭,如何在競爭環境中存活下來是重要的課題。有效的規劃倉儲儲位及揀貨路徑,將減少企業的營運成本,因此本研究建構數學模型,以最短揀貨完工時間為目標,求得最佳揀貨完工時間,比較規劃前與規劃後之結果,同時運用敏感度分析,求解不同情境,驗證此模型及規劃之有效性,並提供個案公司改善之策略。

ABSTRACT

With the declining birthrate and the vigorous development of electronic products, the competition in the stationery manufacturing industry is fierce today. Facing competition from China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Southeast Asian countries, how to survive in the competitive environment is an important issue. Effective planning of storage locations and picking paths will reduce the operating cost of the enterprise. Therefore, this research constructs a mathematical model, aiming at the shortest picking completion time, to obtain the optimal picking completion time, and compare the pre-planning and post-planning. Simultaneously, the sensitivity analysis was used to solve different scenarios, verify the effectiveness of the model and planning, and provide improvement strategies for the case company.
