本研究以陸軍未爆彈處理小組為對象，考量作業時身、心須承擔高風險所帶來的壓力，較一般部隊有所不同，因此設計專屬的心理素質訓練課程方案，期能提高人員心理素質，以提供有關單位參考。

This study takes the Army’s unexploded ordnance disposal team as the object, and considers the pressure brought about by the high risk of their body and mind when performing their tasks, which is different from that of ordinary troops. herefore, the design of exclusive psychological quality training curriculum program can improve the psychological quality of personnel, so as to provide reference for relevant units.
