本研究欲探討憲兵車輛籌獲對成本效益之影響，並依現有文獻結合領域專家之經驗，建構出車輛籌獲之系統模型，並透過與系統動態學整合相關因素，將租賃車與採購車等兩種車輛獲得來源整合為車輛籌獲，再針對各種籌獲方案實施模擬與分析，分析出較佳的方案，供決策者參考與應用。

This research aims to explore the impact of gendarme vehicle acquisition on cost-effectiveness, and build a system model of vehicle acquisition based on the existing literature and the experience of field experts, and integrate relevant factors with system dynamics to integrate leased cars and purchased cars, etc. The two sources of vehicle acquisition are integrated into vehicle acquisition, and then simulation and analysis are carried out for various acquisition schemes, and the better scheme is analyzed for reference and application by decision makers.
