摘要

若揀貨作業沒任何規劃,倉儲人員對不同訂單進行揀貨作業,會產生不同揀貨路徑,而不同揀貨路徑會增加公司不必要的移動成本浪費。如今企業更以出貨效率及顧客導向為目標,揀貨作業受到重視,規劃揀貨路線、庫存即時更新及適當儲位指派布置可以減少作業時間,達到降低公司成本的目的。 本研究以台灣某航太製造公司(以下簡稱H公司)高雄廠的傳統倉儲庫房為研究對象,該庫房存放製造所需零組件、半成品及待出貨的成品,因近年航太需求逐漸提升,所需零組件及半成品種類增加。本研究將運用Flexsim模擬H公司揀貨作業路徑,並針對其路徑及儲位加以分析規劃。

ABSTRACT

Without good plan for the picking operation, the warehousing operators will pick up different orders by different picking paths and increase the company's unnecessary waste of moving costs. Recently, many companies attach great importance to picking efficiency because of customer orientation. Appropriate picking operations such as picking routes, real-time inventory updates, and storage location assignments can reduce operating time and achieve the goal of reducing company costs. This research takes the traditional warehouse of an aerospace manufacturing company in Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as H company) Kaohsiung factory as the research object. The warehouse stores components, semi-finished products and finished products needed for manufacturing. Due to the gradual increase in aerospace demand in recent years, the types of required components and semi-finished products have increased. This research applies Flexsim to simulate the picking path of H company, and analyze good plan for its path and storage location.
