摘要

設施佈置是一家工廠影響整體生產效率的最直接因素;對於新建廠區只要有良好的動線規劃,就可以省下搬運所耗費掉的時間成本,也可以將空間作最大利用,避免浪費空間,然而舊廠區則是業主憑著直覺規劃,隨著時間推移機械設備越買越多,但沒有妥善規劃擺放位置,造成工作站之間可能距離相隔很遠,造成時間浪費,導致生產效率低下。 此研究應用設施規劃分析工廠機械放置位置及生產動線,規劃出有效率的布置方式,且運用Flexsim模擬,來比對機台位置更動後的效率,可以更快速的讓決策者瞭看到要解決的問題點,以及解決方式。

ABSTRACT

The most direct factor that affects the overall productivity of factory is the Facilities Planning improvement technqiques. For a newly built factory, a good layout planning not only minimizes the time and costs of transportation, but also maximizes the space utilization. However, a factory which have been built for a long time must based on its physical current production process, resulting in undesirable distances between workstations and time wasted in transportation which leads to decrease productivity. This study leverages Facilities Planning to analyze the machineries layout and production process line, mapping out layout with high efficiency. Flexsim is used for simulation to visualize and compare the change in efficiency after the adjustments. The final results reveal the essential of the problem and solutions to decision-makers for precisely and promptly improve the productivity.
