摘要

為瞭解透天住宅火災災害問題之根源,本研究利用FDS火災模擬軟體,進行不同火災情境之比對分析。本文乃針對高雄地區某透天住宅實際發生之火災案例,進行「轉折式」樓梯位置、「轉折式」樓梯位置設置住宅用火災警報器、及「直接貫穿式」樓梯位置等三種火災情境的三維火災模擬場景建置。藉由火場之煙層分布、溫度分布、及能見度分布等模擬結果之比對分析,驗證三種模擬結果是否有明顯差異,經模擬結果得知「轉折式」樓梯位置及設置「住宅用火災警報」器,可降低人員於火場中傷亡的機會,可作為未來防災備災及建築設計的參考依據。

ABSTRACT

In order to understand the fire disaster mitigation of townhouse, this study used FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) developed by NIST to analyze the real townhouse fire case in Kaohsiung. In this research, there are 3 fire scenarios have been conducted to validate the strategy of fire disaster mitigation, including fire scenario 1:“turning style” staircase without residential fire alarms, fire scenario 2:“turning style” staircase with residential fire alarms, and fire scenario 3“direct-through style” staircase with residential fire alarms. FDS is used to simulate the 3 cases to obtain smoke movement, CO concentration and temperature distributions and visibility. From the simulation results, the fire scenario 2 will be found to be able to comply with the better safety requirements for occupant evacuation. According to the simulation results, the location of the "turning" stairs and the installation of "residential fire alarms" can reduce the chance of casualties in the fire field, and can be used as a reference for future disaster prevention and preparedness and architectural design.
