消防警報控制系統的預警設計在標準廠房探討

摘要

一般而言,在依循傳統火警自動警報設備修繕工程施工步驟期間恰逢火災時,通常未預先考慮新舊電控系統進行更換時所產生之偵測空窗期。此原因來自於傳統修繕工程本身之施工時間在正常排程之下是無法避免及消除的。另一方面,由於標準廠房之租戶有科技業、光電業、生技業、生醫業等業者共同組成,屬於常年不得停產之狀態,又無法如同獨立擁有廠房之產業可視狀態停產以更換消防設備。因此本研究提出以”新舊並行”的施工步驟以使標準廠房在消防系統修繕工程中能不喪失預警功能。

ABSTRACT

Generally speaking, when the construction steps of the traditional automatic fire alarm equipment repair project coincide meets a fire accident, the blank period which is caused by the replacement of the old and new electronic control system is usually not considered in advance. It be avoided and eliminated under the normal schedule because that the construction time of the traditional repair project. On the other hand, owing that the tenants of the standard factory are composed of technology, optoelectronics, biotechnology, biomedical and other industries, the status of non-stop production, and they cannot be viewed as the independent company so that the plant industry can stop production depending on the state of the plant to replace fire-fighting equipment. Therefore, this research proposed the "new and old" construction steps without losing the pre-alarm function for a construction of the standard plant in the fire-fighting system repair project.
