應用FlexSim模擬軟體提升生產效率—以高雄某鈑金工廠為例

摘要

鈑金業為傳統行業之一,而個案公司為高雄一家板金加工廠,主要以鈑金加工、精密雷射、為營業項目,對於鈑金的品質、創新技術、確實交期、服務迅速也也秉持著一貫的原則,但後期人們所需求越高,要求越多,使工廠買進的設備越多,規模及人員增長後,工廠雜亂無章導致動線不佳生產效率差。本研究應用設施規劃(SLP)分析工廠之機械位置及生產動線,應用FlexSim軟體模擬工廠空間,並相互配合進行改善,工廠提供新動線及判定公司是否需增減人力、機台。

ABSTRACT

The sheet metal industry is one of the traditional industries, and the case company is a sheet metal processing plant in Kaohsiung. It mainly deals with sheet metal processing, precision lasers, and is a business project. It also adheres to the quality of sheet metal, innovative technology, accurate delivery, and rapid service. Principle, but the higher the demand and the more demand in the later period, the more equipment the factory buys. After the scale and staff increase, the factory is chaotic and disorderly, resulting in poor moving lines and poor production efficiency. This research application facility planning (SLP) analyzes the factory's mechanical location and production lines, uses FlexSim software to simulate the factory space, and cooperates with each other to improve. The factory provides new lines and determines whether the company needs to increase or decrease manpower and machines.
