In order to ensure the accuracy of the water meter measurement, the Taiwan Water Supply Company will take the initiative to replace the water meter for the customer free of charge before the expiry of the validity period of the water meter verification. In order to avoid causing trouble for customers, the water supply company will strongly demand the quality of the supplier ’s products. The most important part of the electronic water meter is the LCD display of the electronic water meter. In this study, the LCD monitors of electronic water meters provided by the two suppliers were used as the research object. The accelerated life test was carried out with high humidity and high temperature. The Hallberg-Peck model was used to estimate the reliability parameters of the LCD monitors of the electronic water meters, and the language R was used. Perform data analysis, discuss the average life of the product under normal use, and finally select the best supplier based on the test results.
