遠距線上教學人機介面指標建構之研究

摘要

今年2月武漢肺炎事件,因境外移入事件,造成全球恐慌,台灣也有群聚感染跡象。為了避免此事件蔓延,大學體系亦始規劃遠距教學的前置措施。然而此技術人機介面的平台該如何設置與規劃,才能強化師生授課品質與學習成效?
準此,本研究以科技接受模式為基礎,並依質性研究(關鍵事件法)釐清師生過往在線上教學之經驗中,面臨的問題有哪些? 從中了解到其內涵與指標為何? 遂後導入德爾菲法,邀請13位專家檢視這些內涵與指標,並依基本統計分析建立這些指標具有信、效度,共有三大層面13項指標。

ABSTRACT

The Wuhan pneumonia incident in February 2010 caused global panic due to the overseas migration incident, and Taiwan also showed signs of swarm infection. In order to avoid the spread of this incident, the university system has also begun to plan pre-measures for distance teaching. However, how should this technical man-machine interface platform be set up and planned in order to strengthen the teaching quality and learning effectiveness of teachers and students?
This research is based on the technology acceptance model, and adopted qualitative research (key event method) to clarify the teachers and students ’previous online teaching experience, what are the problems faced? What are the implications and indicators from this? Afterwards Introduce the Delphi method, invite 13 experts to review these connotations and indicators, and establish these indicators with reliability and validity based on basic statistical analysis.
