以精實生產探討塑膠射出成型廠產效率改善

摘要 「精實生產」又稱「Lean Production」,精實生產管理術,主要用來改善傳統製造生產的盲點、利用減少搬運來達到減少浪費的產生、可藉此改善品質以及降低成本與縮短交期。福特汽車在二十世紀中葉時,創辦人亨利.福特重點在標準化的大量生產之生產方式可以達到降低成本、快速生產,所以直到現在大量生產可以降當成本,仍存在普遍人心中,而後豐田汽車以顧客實際需求為了使成本降低、縮短交期、提高品質三點而提出的概念即為精實生產。
精實生產其中包含經營理念、生產組織、物流控制、質量管理、成本控制、庫存管理、現場管理和現場改善等等完整的生產管理體系。
本研究個案之業務接單方式為「多樣少量」,將導入「VSM(價值溪流圖)」以精實管理為基礎,來針對此生產效率做改善以及提升。
關鍵字:精實生產、價值流管理、七大浪費。 ABSTRACT "Lean Production" Mainly used to improve the blind spots of traditional manufacturing and production, use reduced handling to achieve the reduction of waste, which can improve quality, reduce costs and shorten delivery time. In the middle of the twentieth century, the founder of Ford Motor Company Henry. Ford's focus on standardized mass production production methods can achieve cost reduction and rapid production, so up to now mass production can reduce local costs, and there are still widespread people's hearts. Then Toyota Motor uses customer actual needs to reduce costs, shorten delivery, the concept of three points to improve quality is lean production. Lean production includes a complete production management system including business philosophy, production organization, logistics control, quality management, cost control, inventory management, on-site management and on-site improvement. In this research case, the business ordering method is "variety and small amount", and the "VSM (Value Stream Map)" will be introduced based on lean management to improve and enhance the production efficiency.
