摘要

國軍於2015年開放智慧型手機後,以LINE為主之新型態組織溝通模式開始運行,本研究旨在運用「半結構式訪談法」,企圖瞭解軍隊官兵在「科技接受模式」的立論下,對於LINE的使用態度與使用現況,研究顯示運用LINE進行訊息傳遞能達到有效的組織溝通、可節省層層逐級回報所耗費的時間及透過網路通話可節省電話費等三項益處,同時將透過通訊軟體進行訊息傳遞的「保密性」納入研究的討論範疇,以提供未來政策制定參考。

ABSTRACT

After the Armed Forces lifted the ban of smartphone in 2015, the LINE-based new communication mode changed its way to communicate between and within organizations. By using semi-structured interview method, this research is mainly to study service members’ opinions towards the use of this mode under the "Technology Acceptance Model". According to the study result, there are three benefits of using LINE-based communication mode, which are fostering effective communication within organizations, saving time from layers of report system, and saving money on the phone bills. In the meantime, this study also includes "the confidentiality of information transmission” into the study scope to provide feasible recommendation for future policy making with the hope to elevate communication effectiveness of R.O.C Armed Forces.
