探討航空業罷工危機處理–以國籍航空空服員為例

摘要 本篇主要探討國籍航空對空服員罷工之危機處理,並針對罷工面臨之問題,進行危機處理之探討。近年國際廉價航空興起,各國籍傳統航空為求生存,不得不以航點增加、開發新航線,加開航班等方式回應。 間接造成公司員工身心負荷加重,空服員未獲得勞方需求之福利政策,在未獲得薪資、工作環境改善的基準點下爆發勞資糾紛,經多次協商,未得到符合勞方薪資訴求改善,資方不予正面回應情況下,發生國內重大航空罷工事件。本研究目的分為:

And to study the problems faced by the strike, the purpose of the study is studied. After establishing the research purpose, the research process will be structured.
