摘要

在列車長時間行駛下會使鋼軌不斷受振動衝擊而發生劣化,須經常投入龐大的經費來維修,因此高雄市鐵路地下化工程專案便考量增設鋼軌塗油設備,透過潤滑鋼軌降低其振動量,以期達到鋼軌延長其使用年限。本研究鑒於目前對軌道振動的研究大多於軟體建模分析,故本研究選擇於現地進行量測,量測地點位於高雄鼓山站及三塊厝站,藉由振動量測的方式,比較有無設置鋼軌塗油器之二處位置,並透過兩者之振動量比較是否有明顯差異。本文將詳細介紹於實地量測列車行經時產生的軌道振動量數據,並加以彙整分析比較,根據量測結果可以發現,在一般的情況下鋼軌振動的垂向力會大於橫向力,而高軌的振動量又會大於低軌,當然也會有些特殊例外的情況,將在本文後續作更詳細的介紹。

ABSTRACT

The train long-term running will cause the steel rail to be damaged by vibration impacts, and let it must be maintained frequently. Thus, the Kaohsiung Construction Branch of Taiwan Railways Administration wanna reduce the vibration by adding the lubricating equipment for rail. In view of the current research on vibration are based on modeling analysis, so this study chooses measurement on the site, the site was located at Kaohsiung Gushan Station and Sankuaicuo Station, and tried to compare there two locations by apply lubricating equipment or not, then this study can confirm that whether there is a significant difference between the vibration amounts of the two. This article will introduce the measurement of the track vibration data generated when the train passes on the ground in detail, simultaneously make a summary analysis and comparison. According to the results, we can found that circumstances in normal, the vertical force of the rail vibration will be greater than the lateral force, and the vibration of the high rail will be greater than the low rail. But actually, it will be some special exceptions for sure, that will be introduced in more detail later in this study.
