國中小校舍耐震補強工法之探討

摘要

臺灣位於歐亞大陸板塊和菲律賓海板塊的交界處之環太平洋地震帶上,隨時受到地震災害的威脅。921大地震造成許多校舍倒塌或嚴重受損,且發現在所有建築類型中學校的建築物受損最為嚴重,而在大地震發生後,校舍通常作為民眾臨時避難所,因此,校舍建築物的耐震能力提升是一個重要的問題。近年來發生幾起致災型地震造成部分建築物倒塌或嚴重受損,但發現鄰近區域內之已完成補強工程之校舍並未受損,顯見教育部推動老舊校舍耐震能力改善計畫,確有實質保障師生安全之成效。
本文係探討目前國中小校舍耐震補強常使用之翼牆補強、擴柱補強及剪力牆補強三種工法之特性並進行其優缺點比較及經費分析,期能提供辦理耐震補強學校補強設計之參考。

ABSTRACT

Taiwan is at the juncture of the Pacific Rim near the junction of the Eurasian Plate and the Philippine Sea Plate, and is constantly threatened by earthquakes.As many of the buildings collapsed or were seriously damaged by the 921 earthquake, and found that the buildings of all types of buildings were most severely damaged, and that, after the earthquake, the school buildings were often used as temporary shelters for the people, raising the earthquake-resistant capacity of the buildings was an important.In recent years, some buildings have collapsed or been seriously damaged due to several devastating earthquakes. However, it has been found that the school buildings in the vicinity have not been damaged after completion of the reinforcement work. It is evident that the Ministry of Education has promoted the earthquake-resistant capability improvement plan for old and old school buildings, which has effectively guaranteed teachers and students safety.
This paper discusses the characteristics of the three methods, namely wing wall reinforcement, column reinforcement and shear wall reinforcement, and compares their advantages and disadvantages and analyses their funding, so as to provide reference for the design of earthquake-resistant wall reinforcement.
