摘要

台9線南迴公路是台灣東部地區與南部高屏地區得主要交通幹道,舊有之台9線道路受限於地形與地勢條件彎道多且路寬不足,且易受天候及風災影響而中斷交通,甚而影響當地居民就醫黃金時間;公路局為提升用路人安全與災害時替代路線及紓解過年過節旅行與返鄉之車流量,遂以隧道、橋梁等方式並避開地質不佳地區,為東部居民打造一條安全回家的路進而提升區域運輸系統功能服務品質帶動沿線觀光經濟及整合沿線旅遊景點活絡東部觀光產業。
如何在偏遠山區利用有限資源及依據工區地質特性選用合適施工機具,此時施工團隊專業素質將極為重要;本文將依據台9線施工團隊於井式基礎施作過程中遭遇異常湧水時為解決問題時,收集各工程案例於施作基礎工程遭遇湧水問題時處理工法分析及說明進行探討,以作為後續相關工程施工階段參考。

ABSTRACT

The southbound Province #9 highway is the major traffic between the Eastern and the Southern regions of Taiwan, however, it passes through mountainous terrains with many road curves and insufficient road widths. The traffic can be easily jammed due to low speed of vehicles and interrupted by weather and wind disasters. Traffic jam increases travelling time, and even becomes a potential threat for local residents seeking medical treatment. In order to provide a safer road condition for travelers and local residents, particularly an alternative route during natural disasters, the Taiwanese General Administration of Highway Bureau re-routes and straightens the old Province #9 highway by tunneling mountainous regions and bridging along or cross the valleys to avoid geological instability. The improved Province #9 highway provides a safer regional transportation and better road quality service for the residents and road users. In addition, it also boasts the local economy and integrates the tourist attractions along the new route to stimulate the eastern tourism industry.
The professional construction teams and personnel play extremely important roles to the success of this engineering because they have to use limited resources in remote mountain areas in order to install suitable construction equipment according to the unique geological characteristics for each construction site. How can the Taiwan-Kowloon engineering team solve the problem of abnormal water inrush during the construction on road foundation? Different opinions and methods were collected and analyzed for explanation of the treatment methods at the water gushing stage during the construction of the well foundation. Successful construction methods were used as reference at the time of the treatment and the subsequent construction stages.
