摘要

此論文是以某石化廠案例為研究對象,近年來地下管線越來越受到人們的重視,本研究藉由工程中的改善,而大大提升了其安全性與使用年限,也預防災害再次發生,或管線洩漏導致油品汙染河川環境的種種危機。
地下管線乃為流體在遠距離輸送上最方便也最安全的方法,一套良好的陰極防蝕系統建置完成後,定期的維護與功能性檢測是讓此一系統可以長久運作的必要工作,因此管線測試點電位的量測以及整流器功能的檢查是判斷整個陰極防蝕系統是否正常運作最基本也最直接的方式。

研究個案公司因發現管線電位異常,進而從報告中去找出異常點,並透過施工作業流程之程序來辦理開挖工程。藉由導入TRIZ理論來分析個案探討,管線安全性、可靠度等相關問題,運用TRIZ理論中其質-場分析模型、矛盾與衝突的解決等工具來佐證施工後所帶來的改變是否提升安全性與使用年限,根據此個案分析的結論,再放入鎂陽極後不僅僅改善了電位更提高了管線的安全性,使得管線的使用年限也大幅的增加。

ABSTRACT

This article is based on the case of a petrochemical plant. In recent years, underground pipelines have received more and more attention. The study greatly improved its safety and service life by improving the project and prevented the disaster from happening again. Or a pipeline leak causes oil to pollute the river environment. The research found that the pipeline potential was abnormal. By introducing TRIZ theory to analyze case studies, pipeline safety, reliability and other related issues, use TRIZ theory tools to analyze substance field analysis models, contradiction matrix, and to prove whether the changes brought about after construction improve safety. According to the conclusion of this case analysis, after adding the magnesium anode, not only the potential is increased, but also the safety of the pipeline is improved, and the service life of the pipeline is greatly improved.
