當前社會科技的發達，人類為了追求生活的便利與舒適，然而過度開發自然資源，使得生態及氣候的改變，嚴重破壞自然環境，波及人類與其他生物的生存空間，使得近年環保意識的興起與綠色科技的崛起。

我國電動機車第二階段的大力推動，始自2008年，將推廣可抽換電池式電動機車四年達10萬輛。因此，本研究使用問卷方法對業者與一般大眾進行調查，希望能夠了解消費者對環保是否重視，以及消費者對購買電動機車的需求要件與購買之用途，最後採用SPSS軟體將資料彙整與探討，期使藉由此研究成果進一步得知電動機車未來在台灣市場的發展性。

Base on the development of social science and technology, human beings in order to pursue the convenience and comfort of life. That behaviors induce the overexploitation of natural resources, so that ecological and climate change, seriously damage the natural environment, affect the living space of human beings and other living things, so that the rise of environmental protection consciousness and the rise of green science and technology in recent years.

The second stage promotion of electric motorcycle starting from 2008. There will be promoted swapped battery-type electric locomotive four years up to 100,000 vehicles. Therefore, a questionnaire study method adopted in this study to investigate the industry and the general user, hoping to understand whether consumers pay attention to environmental protection, as well as consumer demand for the purchase of motor vehicles and the use of purchase. Finally, the SPSS software used to integrate and analysis data in this paper and the further about the development of motor vehicles in the Taiwan market also will be discussed.
