ABSTRACT

In today's global supply chain competition environment, companies face pressures to reduce costs, shorten delivery, and improve quality. This pressure must be achieved through the coordinated integration of the entire supply chain members to establish cooperation and alliances between partners. Meet the basic needs of consumers with the lowest operating costs and optimized methods. Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR), through the sharing of demand forecasting information, immediately reflects the change information to the delivery process, minimizing supply and demand differences and inventory costs. The relationship with the parent company of the group is more suitable for importing this method. in the same group, for each other would be more transparency in internal control and status information, and the role of the parent company for the supply and vendors, manufacturers and a subsidiary, which is part of the OEM, so this article will be coordinated through. the method of forecasting and replenishment planning (CPFR) to be applied to this group to try to improve the cost. Most of the general enterprises only invest in the internal enterprise resource planning system (ERP), and there are few technologies for collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment.
