揀貨區無人搬運車之派車法則最適化研究之探討

摘要

在小型物流系統中,是否能夠有效的將貨架適時、適當並且迅速得搬運到揀貨區進行揀貨動作,對於揀貨系統的績效有很大的影響,然而在眾多的物料搬運系統,其中又以無人搬運車(Automated Guided Vehicle)最具生產力與彈性,所以選擇適當的派車法則對成本的降低也是一件重要的事。 本研究以Arena Simulation系統模擬軟體為工具,模擬小型揀貨區搬運系統的過程對派車控制問題進行探討,探討系統車數以及派車法則的變化對系統績效的改變。

ABSTRACT

In the small-scale logistics system, it is important that the shelves can be effectively and timely transported to the picking area properly and quickly for picking. It has a great influence on the performance of the picking system. Moreover, in many automatic material handling systems (AMHS), the Automated Guided Vehicle is the most productive and flexible. Therefore, the selection of dispatching rule is also an important factor in the reduction of costs. This study applies the Arena Simulation system simulation software to simulate the process of a small picking area handling system and then to explore the control of the car. The system performances are influenced by the number of AGVs and the dispatching rules.
