以作業風險管理探討作業環境風險-以飛鏢酒吧為例

摘要 在各行各業中都存在著風險,而這些風險往往都是影響一個企業、組織、家庭甚至是個人的成敗關鍵,例如在工廠中一些可能存在的風險,有的風險發生時甚至可以奪走人命,進而造成工廠象受損,甚至造成工廠倒閉,這些都是環環相扣的,因此了解風險如何發生、發生的機率、影響的程度等,是作業風險管理中非常重要的課題。
而作業風險管理也不單單只運用在工廠中,在本研究中,將把作業風險管理運用於餐飲業中,探討在酒吧環境中所可能發生的潛在風險,雖然餐飲業中可能不像工廠有一些瞬間性且嚴重性高的風險群,但運用作業風險管理,分析這些潛在風險,找出可符合業主可承擔的費用,也可降低風險的解決方案,不但可以提升工作人員以及顧客在此環境的安全性,也可間接幫助業主免去之後發生危害的麻煩。

For example, there may be some risks in the factory, and some risks may even kill people. As a result, damage to the factory and even the closure of the factory are interlocking. Therefore, understanding how the risk occurs, the probability of occurrence, the degree of impact, etc., are very important topics in operational risk management.
However, operation risk management is not only used in factories. In this study, operation risk management will be applied to the catering industry to explore potential risks that may occur in the bar environment. Although the food and beverage industry may not be like factories, Some transient and high-risk groups, but the use of operational risk management, analysis of these potential risks, identify solutions that can meet the owners can bear the cost, but also reduce the risk, not only can improve the staff and customers in this environment The security can also indirectly help the owner avoid the troubles that occur afterwards.
