摘要

在傳統加工廠房中,固定式起重機(天車)是為最普遍也是最重要的搬運器具;然而若其發生工安危害事故時通常皆會造成「不可逆的傷害」,而其發生事故的有許多,如操作者個人認知不足或與指揮者的溝通不良至管理制度鬆散等因素,以至於無法達成「工安意外管制」的目標。固定式起重機為產業界常用之搬運工具,通常用於吊掛、搬運移動重物;但因本身是將物件懸吊於空之進行移動之作業,如果操作者與指揮者亦或是拆卸人員的溝通不佳,就會造成懸吊物件碰撞、掉落甚至於造成嚴重的「公安危害」,為了解固定式起重機作業所造成的事故意外災害概況、發生原因及過程,本文將分析固定式起重機做業災害案例,並針對其災害原因提出風險管理方針。

ABSTRACT

In conventional processing plants, fixed cranes are the most common and important transportation equipment; however, if they cause work-related hazards, they will often cause “irreversible injuries” ,and there are many accidents. Like lack of personal awareness of the operator or poor communication with the commander led to a loose management system and other factors, so that it was impossible to achieve the goal of "Work safety accident control". Fixed cranes are commonly used transportation tools in the industry. They are usually used for hanging and moving heavy objects. However, because they are suspended by moving objects in the air, operations are performed by operators and commanders or by disassemblers. Poor communication can cause the suspended objects to collide, drop or even cause serious " Work safety hazards." In order to understand the accidents caused by stationary crane operations, the general situation, the causes and the process, this paper will analyze the fixed cranes. Industry disaster cases, and propose risk management guidelines for their causes.
