基於EMG之電腦工作站輔具研究

摘要 隨著科技的進步,人們的生活與電腦越來越緊密,但隨著使用時間的增加,讓我們的身體開始出現負面影響,如疲勞、痠痛等,其中打字作業就是造成身體負擔的主要來源,而為了減低打字的負擔,目前市面上有許多電腦輔具出現,如鍵盤腕靠及電腦扶手。本研究在有、無使用鍵盤腕靠及電腦扶手的狀況下進行五分鐘的中文打字實驗,使用EMG量測右手伸指肌、橈側伸腕長肌、肱三頭肌時間內之電位,並計算均方根植,判斷不同實驗組合的差異,以及使用主觀問卷了解受測者在不同狀況下的舒適度感受。 實驗結果顯示 關鍵字:肌電圖、伸指肌、橈側伸腕長肌、肱三頭肌、鍵盤腕靠、電腦扶手。 ABSTRACT With the advance of science and technology, people’s lives are getting closer to computers. But with the increase in the use of time, our body begins to have negative effects such as fatigue, soreness, etc. typing is the main source of health problems, in order to reduce the burden of typing, many computer assistive device have been developed, such as keyboard wrist rest and computer arm support. This study conducted a five minutes Chinese typing experiment with and without the use of a keyboard wrist rest and computer arm support. Using EMG to measure the electric potential of the right extensor digitorum muscle, extensor carpi radialis longus muscle, triceps brachii muscle, and calculate RMS. To judge the difference of different experimental groups and to use subjective questionnaire to understand the subjects comfort feeling under different conditions.
