狹小巷弄影響火災搶救水線部署驗證

摘要 國內人文經濟蓬勃發展,土地使用已趨於飽和,高樓大廈持續興建,人口亦不斷往都市發展集中,而造成老舊社區與新穎城鎮火災型態越趨複雜化與多樣化,尤以早期道路未經妥善規劃之狹小巷弄建築物火災,因救災車輛無法於第一時間到達現場,造成搶救時間上延宕,而造成嚴重的人命傷亡與財物損失;因此本研究希望經由實際部署狹小巷弄火災搶救水線所花費時間與該巷弄寬度之間相關性,以探討相關數據,以期作為公部門規劃都市計畫影響公共安全與整體性評估之參考重要數據。
關鍵字:狹小巷弄、火災搶救、水線部署 ABSTRACT Taiwan land development programs have been saturated during pastyears due to fast economic growth. More and more citizens reside inhigh-rise buildings in urban regions where the fire patterns in oldcommunities are mingled among those new buildings. Particularly, thenarrow alleys in those old communities deter the disaster relief vehicles arriving at the scene as soon as possible. In return, the rescue time providing first aids is delayed which causes more human live and
property losses. Current study explore relevant data through the correlation between the time it takes to actually deploy fire rescue waterlines in narrow alleys and the width of the laneway it requires to serve as an important reference for public safety in public sector planning.
