摘要

本文以田口方法來找出最適參數水準組合與其關鍵的因子,利用雕模放電加工機於材料鋁6061為例,來改善放電加工其品質特性材料去除率,並對進行驗證實驗來確認其有效性與實用性。選擇四個因子(脈衝開啟時間、放電電流、排渣高度、加工時間)並各設三個水準,開立"L" _"9" "(" "3" ^"4" ")" 直交表進行實驗。利用變異數分析找出影響品質特性材料去除率的顯著因子為放電電流,其貢獻度為87.95%。最後經驗證最適參數水準組合實驗,品質特性材料去除率有效獲得40.80%的增益,確實能減少實驗次數找到最適參數水準。

ABSTRACT

This article presents an application of the Taguchi method for optimize die-sinking electrical discharge machining (Die-Sinking EDM) parameters to achieve a better quality characteristic of material removal rate (MRR). The workpiece Aluminum alloy 6061 is select. In this study, four machining parameters (pulse on time, discharge current, electrode jump height, working time) were designed to have three levels, experimental design with an "L" _"9" ("3" ^"4" ) Orthogonal array. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) reveals that the factor discharge current is most significantly affects variable of MRR, main contributions of discharge current, at 87.95%. Optimization of quality characteristics by using Taguchi method, confirmation experiment result has shown that MRR is creased from 4.12 to 5.77 (μg/sec), the calculated improvement rate for MRR is 40.80%, demonstrating the effectiveness of this study, experimental can be simplified by using the Taguchi method.
