溫度循環於加速壽命試驗推估產品壽命之研究

摘要

在競爭激烈的環境中,國內外各產業的產品性能與製造成本差異愈來愈少,企業欲維持市場的競爭力,須有效提升產品可靠度品質與壽命。因此,利用進行加速壽命試驗可在短時間內瞭解產品的可靠度品質與壽命狀況。 本研究針對水計量之機件盒為研究對象,選定溫度循環為加速應力條件進行加速壽命試驗。經由加速壽命試驗後,將所獲得之壽命數據資料進行整理與可靠度壽命分析,最後藉由Coffin-Manson物理模式推估出機件盒在正常使用條件及環境下的平均失效壽命,且提供給相關產業瞭解此樣品的壽命狀況作為未來加速壽命試驗之參考。

ABSTRACT

In a competitive environment, the difference between product performance and manufacturing cost of industry is becoming less and less at home and abroad. If enterprises want to maintain market competitiveness, they must effectively improve product reliability, quality and life. Therefore, the reliability quality and life condition of the product can be understood in a short time by using the Accelerated Life Testing. The research object of mechanical boxes of water metering, the accelerated life testing was carried out by the selected temperature cycle to accelerate the stress condition. Through the Accelerated Life Testing, will receive the lifetime data collation and reliability analysis, finally by Coffin-Manson model to estimate mechanical boxes under normal operation conditions and environment of the Mean Time to Failure and the lifetime data of the related industries are provided as a reference for the future Accelerated Life Testing.
