摘要

高雄市大岡山地區乃是台灣螺絲產業重鎮,更有螺絲王國之美譽,全國70%的螺絲工業集中於岡山區,螺絲產量更佔全球16%,而在岡山區所轄工廠數量,就有80%為螺絲製造工廠。因為螺絲製程需要大量的空間存放原料、半成品及成品,工廠為了講求生產效率,廠房內會擺放大量的作業機台。業主為求節省成本,因此在搭建廠房時多會使用鐵皮結構。本文系針對鐵皮結構及螺絲製程火災搶救危害因子加以分析,根據文獻回顧、實地訪查與案例研判,探討螺絲製程中會產生哪些危害因子、火災發生初期應變及消防人員執行鐵皮螺絲製造工廠火災搶救作業時所面臨的風險等狀況。讓消防人員謹慎小心面對,避免發生傷害意外,更可安全盡速完成災害搶救、降低民眾損失。

ABSTRACT

Greater Gangshang Dist. in Kaohsiung City is a significant town in Taiwan screw industry, and beautifully shares a name of ''Screw Kingdom,'' converging 70% of the screw industries and companies nationwide, also yielding 16% of screw production worldwide. Screw making alone takes up 80% of the factories in Gangshang Dist. Tremendous room is needed for storing raw materials, intermediate goods, and finished goods in screw prodcution. To reach efficient output, large hoards of operating machines would be lined up in the plants; to save costs, iron-sheet structure is usually used to build plants. This essay is aimed to analyze the iron-sheet structure and fire rescue hazard factors in the screw production. According to literature review, field survey, and case study, here discusses the hazard factors in the screw production, adaptabilities at the infancy of fire and the risks firefighters face during saving iron-sheet-made factories. In this way, fire crew can carry out mission with care and prudence to prevent hurt contingencies, and to complete disaster rescue as safe as possible to lower public loss.
