屋頂型太陽光電發電系統設置作業墜落預防研究-以某科技公司為例

摘要 太陽能開發利用是一項符合國內自然條件,同時又能配合綠色能源應用之產業。本研究探討屋頂型太陽光電發電系統設置作業墜落預防,藉由SWOT分析鑑別企業內外部條件之優劣勢及面臨的機會與威脅,再藉由AHP層級分析法對企業經理人員及專案管理人員進行墜落職災致因問卷調查。結果顯示經理人員與專案管理人員對墜落優先致災因子認知有差異,故應訂定安全作業流程,使作業程序有一致性標準,避免管理衝突,達到真正降災的效用。
關鍵字:太陽光電發電系統、墜落預防、SWOT、層級分析法、AHP。 ABSTRACT Solar energy development and utilization is the industry that meets the domestic natural conditions and green energy applications. This study explores the fall prevention of roof type photovoltaic system installation. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the internal and external conditions for the enterprise were identified by SWOT analysis. And then this study conducted a questionnaire to investigate the cause of fall for the enterprise managers and the project management staff by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. The results show that the enterprise managers and the project management staff have different cognition of falling priority hazard factors. It should be set up safe operating procedures, so that the operating procedures have a consistent standard, to avoid the management of conflict, and achieve the real effect of disaster reduction.
