台灣屬於海島國家，於本島區域附近來往的船舶數量不在少數，雖然在科技發達的現今，靠著精密的航海設備與新的技術，確實能夠降低船舶航行時的危險，但海上事故還是不容忽視的事件。 本研究藉由執行風險管理軟體(RM2S)，歸類出船難發生之危險因素，並尋找危險因素之問題點，找出解決與預防之方法，以降低風險的發生機率或其造成的損害。

Taiwan is an island type country, so the sea way transportation is quite active. How to reduce the risk of the ship accident become an important issue in Taiwan. In this study, the risk management software (RM2S) was used to classify the risk factors of shipwreck and to find out the risk factors. The risk control methods of solving and preventing of these risks were found to reduce the damage that might caused.
