備份件耗用分析之研究

摘要

多數研究在評估武器系統備份件是假設Poisson過程下分析,以求解初次備份件之品項與數量。該初次備份件的品項與數量需待裝武器系統實際部署操作,經由裝備耗用情況才得知計算結果的正確性。為了進一步確認部署階段是否能滿足所設定的目標妥善率,本文將加入系統模擬方式進行分析,以更精確對Poisson過程計算的備份件做驗證,以提高預測初次備份件之準確性。

ABSTRACT

Most of the research of spare parts for weapons which assume Poisson process to solve items and quantity of initial spare parts. To evaluate the items and quantity of initial spare parts accurately, we will confirm in field weapon systems. Furthermore, we also need to satisfy target availability for field weapon systems. System simulation is considered in this study, we will build weapons’ real shift arrangement table to analyze the initial spare parts by Poisson process assumption. Base on system simulation result which could improve the initial spare parts forecast accurately.
