飛機試車作業之職業傷害評估研究

摘要

  本研究為針對台灣台北松山國際機場A、B國籍航空公司之飛機試車作業人員之職業傷害進行初步分析調查,方法論分為二部份,經由問卷調查,藉由風險管理評估(有效樣本數 30人次)之採樣,以取得飛機試車人員之職業傷害指標。另一方面則為進行實地訪談(A國籍航空公司執行副總經理、B國籍航空公司松山廠長)。研究方法論之精神乃經由問卷調查,將研究對象所處之一工作日暴露噪音環境時間、噪音干擾頻率等重要參考指標,以做為後續研究所需參考資料及統計回收問卷分析之依據,並更進一步分析探究其噪音暴露及聽力損失之因果關係。本研究之結論期盼有助於相關勞工安全衛生單位及試車作業人員能根據本次研究結果落實完整且洽當之聽力防護規範,以及做為試車人員相關安全規定之參考依據。

ABSTRACT

This paper investigates potential occupational injuries on aircraft test-run workers belong to domestic Airline A and B whose mother-bases are located at Sungshan international airport. Preliminary analysis was conducted on 30 workers in the form of questionnaire, which is designed abide by the concept of risk management in order to set the indexes for occupational injuries. Continued investigation is conducted in the form of expert interview on Airline managers who are executive deputy general manager of Airline A; and depot manager of Sungshan airport of Airline B, individually. Through questionnaire survey, daily noise exposure time and exposure frequency under noise environment are analyzed and attributed into two important reference indexes. At the same time, correlation between daily noise exposure time and loss of auditory sense is under investigated. Conclusions of current study are to provide a reference basis to set proper protective regulation on the safety requirement against auditory sense loss of the aircraft test-run workers abide by occupational safety and health act.
