品質始終是企業選擇供應商最重要的指標。在各種品質管制與品質保證活動中，製程能力指標是一個重要製程表現的衡量工具。然而，有越來越多的供應商與顧客感興趣的是在整個生產過程中，各階段的製程能力表現是否穩定，因此本研究以Burr XII分配下所建構的製程能力指標為目標，以subgroup bootstrap方法建構該指標的管制圖，結果可提供使用者監控整個製造過程的品質。

Quality is always the key factor for selecting the better supplier. Process capability index is one most used tool in various quality control and quality assurance activities. However, more and more users are interested in the stability of process capability of the overall production process. Hence, this study provides the control chart for monitoring the Burr XII process capability index. This study can help the practitioner to monitor the quality of process.
