運用系統動力學探討損耗性商品在總代理商業模式下適用之CPFR方案

摘要 系統動力學中的因果回饋圖可以展現變數間訊息的流動,呈現與所探討之問題有相關聯的所有名詞因果關係的邏輯組合,所以我們可以藉由因果回饋圖清楚了解各變數的因果關係與作用方向,並了解系統結構的特性。
本研究運用系統動力學模型探討損耗性商品在近年企業常見的總代理商業模式下,適合採用之協同規劃、預測與補貨(CPFR)之方案。 此模型除了可以呈現當商品在暢銷或滯銷時買方(代理方)與賣方(委託方)的收益變動情況外,更可以呈現其影響收益原因的各個變數的變動情況,有助於明確了解CPFR各方案運作時,各個變數相互影響的情況,進而協助買賣雙方決定適合採用之CPFR方案。 關鍵字:系統動力學、損耗性商品、總代理商業模式及協同規劃、預測與補貨。 ABSTRACT The causal feedback diagrams of system dynamics show the flows of messages between variables and causal relationships about the research issues. The causal feedback diagrams inspect the causal relationships and influences of the variables and explore the characteristics of the research system. This study discusses the key factors of increasing profits for both the buyers and the sellers, and then constructs the system dynamics model to reveal the suitable Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) modes for Distributor Business Models of deteriorating items.
