本研究經由文獻探討分析，整理出社區安全五大面向，包括：社區健康、社區防災與防火、社區家庭暴力、社區保全管理以及社區物業管理。再根據此五大面向運用文獻探討進行社區安全危險因子之分析，另外運用焦點團體法進行危險識別，接著運用問卷調查法進行風險評估，結果50件原始危險中，評為高度風險等級者有21件，評為中度風險等級者有25件，評為低度風險等級者有4件。並且運用深度訪談法進行分析風險控制及風險控制決策，最後以模擬之方式進行執行風險控制。研究結果發現，採取改善對策後，21件原始高度風險，只剩2件，而整體社區安全原始之平均風險指數(ARI)為15.65，也預期可降為6.01，模擬實際執行風險控制後之實際平均風險指數(ARI)降為6.39，其平均風險指數共降低9.26，效果顯著。

In this study, through literature analysis, sorting out the top five for community Security, including: community health, community disaster preparedness and fire prevention, community domestic violence, community management and preservation of community property management. Based on this and then use the five-oriented literature review to analyze the risk factors for community Security, in addition to the use of focus groups to identify dangerous method, followed by the use of risk assessment questionnaire, the results of 50 of the original danger, as those who have a high risk of grade 21, as those who have moderate risk level 25, as those who have a low risk level 4. Depth interviews and analyzed using risk control and risk control decisions, and finally to simulate the way for execution of risk control. Study found that after the improvement measures taken, 21 of the original high-risk, only two, and the overall community Security Primal average risk index (ARI) was 15.65, is also expected to be reduced to 6.01, after the actual execution to simulate the actual risk control average risk Index (ARI) dropped 6.39, lower average total risk index 9.26, a significant effect.
