摘要

　　本研究主要是皮革工廠生產單位之作業員為研究對象，透過訪談、現場工作分析與觀察，進而探討作業員在工作執行中可能產生肌肉骨骼不適之部位及環境中易危害健康的危險因子，並參考國內外文獻與產業界的改善方法與經驗，針對研究結果提出改良其設備、環境和作業程序之建議，使得該機具系統及生產作業環境能配合作業員的能力限制和需求。

關鍵字：肌肉骨骼傷害、職業傷害、中高齡就業。

ABSTRACT

The subjects of this study are operators of production units. This study explores the operator ’s musculoskeletal discomfort parts in operating and the risk factors in health damage in work environment through interview survey, job analysis and observation. Besides, this study referred to domestic and international research as well as improving methods and experiences of the industries. According to the results, a suggest is proposed to improve the equipments, environment and operating procedures. It can make machine system and working environment match up operator’s ability and need to reduce the error and promote company’s productive efficiency.
