摘要
在全球資訊蓬勃發展的今天，隨時隨地都有非常龐大的資料圍繞在我們的身旁，但是否能成為有效、有用的資訊，端看我們是否能精闢的從中萃取；如果無法善用，即使是寶物也會淪為無用的捨棄品。人類在探索需求過程中，往往忽視垂手可得的東西而汲汲營營的想從他處去找尋，所謂的捨近求遠即是此理。現今，拜電腦及網路技術的躍升，人可以更容易切進各項系統並找尋到合乎個人需求的資訊。在茫茫大海的大量資料中，如何正確、快速的獲取有用的資訊是多數人的課題，單以老師在與學生的互動過程中，就需要很多的資訊與技能來增進教學的效果，而個人資料的取得與應用，更是老師所應謹慎面對的。因此，對於大量資料的安全管控與使用，更是對於老師的一項挑戰。當然，任何事物都有其正反作用，而在安全為第一考量下，如何運用大量資料成為有效資訊的後盾，正是本文探討的課題。
