摘要
本研究以失效模式與效應分析法探討自行車在組裝過程中可能發生的品質缺失,並提出相關的改善措施以降低自行車故障的風險。在研究中首先分析自行車組裝之流程,並利用品質改善工具來了解自行車在組裝過程中可能發生之失效問題,以做為進行自行車失效模式與效應分析的依據。研究結果顯示在自行車組裝過程中存在24項可能導致失效之原因,並且依據各個失效效應的風險優先數決定降低此24項失效風險的優先順序。本研究進一步提出改善失效風險的對策與建議,管理者可依據風險優先數與相關的對策,有計畫地採取適當的措施來降低自行車組裝的缺失,達到提高品質水準的目的。

ABSTRACT
In order to decrease the failure risks of the bike assembly, this study applies failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to explore the quality problems in the process of the bike assembly. Firstly, the assembly process is identified and 24 failure problems exist in the process according to the results of some quality improvement methods. Thereafter, FMEA is applied to analyze the effects of failure modes and to determine the risk priority numbers. The improvement priority and action of each failure problem are suggested. The managers could accord to the risk priority numbers and the related suggestions to avoid the faults, and further to increase the quality of the bikes.
