摘要
本研究以關係利益的觀點探討學生評選英文補習班之關鍵因素。研究過程中,透過德爾菲法(Delphi Method)和層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP) 來了解學生評選英文補習班的關鍵因素,並透過文獻探討和專家意見彙整出學生選擇英文補習班的關鍵因素。
本研究採問卷調查法,針對有在英文補習班上課一年以上,且因本身的心理因素、經濟考量或信心利益等方面因素,對前英文補習班感到不符合期望,而從某英文補習班轉換至另一間英文補習班持續就讀之學生。問卷共發放32份,無效問卷為2份,有效問卷為30份,有效率達93%。
研究結果顯示,主要目標「心理因素」「經濟考量」、「信心利益」等三大衡量構面中,「心理因素」是最具影響的構面,「信心利益」次之。評估準則重要依序為互動學習網站、跟同儕相約、專業證照、離家近省交通費、口碑:課後輔導、免費提供冷氣自修教室和環境新穎等關鍵因素。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is based on the relational benefits perspective to investigate what the key factors the students choose an English cram school are。The Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process will be used in this research。 In other words, the literature review and a compilation of expert opinions will be considered while choosing an English cram school by students。
An expert questionnaire method is used in this research. Students who have learned English in a cram school for more than one year and because of several factors changed to another。 There were 32 questionnaires including 2 invalid and 30 valid。The validity of the questionnaire rate is 93.5%。
The result of this research showed that the most influential factor for a student to choose a cram school is Psychological Benefits. The second one is Confidence Benefits.
