摘要
本研究旨在探討以通路控制觀點探討家長評選國民小學關鍵因素之研究,藉由相關文獻深入探討並加以彙整,並使用德爾菲法(Delphi method)、層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process ,AHP)來探索家長評選公立國民小學時關鍵因素為何?
本研究採問卷調查,針對高雄市公立國民小學的學生家長,其對教育懷有高度理念及對教育的時事時常關心者為範疇。問卷共發放35份,回收33份,無效問卷為3份,有效問卷為30份,回收率達94.3%,有效問卷率達85.7%。
研究結果顯示,探討實體經濟、專業領導、實體例証對家長評選公立國民小學關鍵因素中,以專業領導最具關鍵影響構面,實體例証層面次之。其中前五大主要關鍵評估準則為專業化的教學能力、親師溝通密切互動、素養參照、具有競爭力的課程、安全參照。較不具關鍵因素則為激勵經濟、藝術參照。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research is to understand the key factors of decision making by parents in perspectives on channel control in selecting public elementary schools through the use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).It will also implement a literature review method and a compilation of expert opinion in outlining the key factors for the parents when selecting public elementary schools.
The use of an expert questionnaire method is helpful to create an index that will ultimately be used with AHP to gauge the effectiveness of the decision making process. A total of 35 questionnaires were sent to the users who hold high enthusiasm of education and often concerned at educational events. A total of 33 were returned,with 30 valid ones,for a total of 94.35% return rate,and 85.7% validity rate.
The result of this research showed the most important factor is the professional leadership. Meanwhile,the prior consideration key factors is based on the indexes are as follows:specialized teaching ability,close communication between parents and teachers, literacy reference ,competitive courses,safety reference. The less critical indexes are economic incentives and art reference.
